1) This offer is valid ONLY with the purchase of the LENS listed above from an AUTHORIZED PROMASTER RETAILER. To receive your $10.00 bonus, your sales receipt MUST include BOTH the PROMASTER LENS listed above and a PROMASTER 5200, 5400, 5500, 5550, 5600, 5700, 5750, 5950, 6000xi, 6500, 7000 and 7500 ELECTRONIC FLASH. These items MUST be purchased between 9/1/05 and 12/31/2005. Your rebate request must be postmarked NO LATER THAN 01/15/06. This offer is VOID thereafter.

4) PROMASTER is not responsible for rebate requests not received due to delay, damage, or loss by the U.S. Postal Service.
